Why can't I log in?

Many of our customers use the Alpha Store to purchase Alpha resources for their church. Please be advised that Alpha Print Shop is a separate site from the Alpha Store and requires separate login details.

If you haven't created a login with Alpha Print Shop before, please visit our registration page.

Why is Solid Impressions on the credit card statement for the Alpha Print Shop order?

The Alpha Print Shop is made possible by a Christian owned print shop located in the Chicagoland area – Solid Impressions. When you place your order, Solid Impressions collects payment for your order and produces your high quality promotional resources. Your personal and financial information is safe and secure.

Solid Impressions is located at 26W455 St Charles Road, Carol Stream, IL 60188.

 Why am I being charged sales tax?

If your church is in the state of Illinois the system will default to charging sales tax. If you are a NEW Illinois nontaxable customer to the print shop, and you are being charged tax at checkout, please fax your Illinois tax certificate within 24 hours to Solid Impressions (the local Christian company who oversees Alpha print materials) at 630-543-7313. You may also email your tax certificate to orders@solid-impressions.com. Our policy on tax charges states that “Your order will be taxed when you checkout, and a refund generated as soon as we have received approval from our Tax Department.”

When will my order arrive?

We aim to send out all orders within 5 working days, although this may vary depending on how busy the shop is. Turnaround time does not include mailing or shipping transit times, and you should allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you select. All orders are shipped from the Chicago area via UPS Ground.

If you require your order urgently or by a specific date, please contact us and we'll try our best to meet your timescale.

Printing Process


When you place an order in the Print Shop, you will be able to track the progress of your order in the History tab when you are logged into your account. Below is a key which helps explain the what each term of the printing process means. When you review your order, there is a status indicator which will have one of the following:

Order Received – this confirms that your order has been placed and sent to the print shop for processing.
Prepress – this is the printing preparation step when your order enters into the print system which places it into the print shop workflow.
Printing – indicates that your order is in the process of being printed.
Bindery – once your order has been printed, it will need to undergo trimming, folding, packaging, etc..
Shipped – once your order is completed, it will be shipped out to you. If you ordered multiple promotional resources, they will be shipped at the same time.

Even though this is a separate site, Alpha USA will still be providing customer support. Feel free to call our Customer Care team or send us an e-mail if you have any questions, concerns or run into issues with the Print Shop.
